
Max Stoneking is a passionate endurance athlete and Doctor of Physical Therapy. He also is the author of the book "HowExpert Guide to Triathlons" and publishes weekly on Study & Sport, a newsletter about a sustainable approach high performance.

He values a sound coach-athlete relationship focused on long-term athletic development and building both a successful athlete and human.
Max has a long history in the sport of swimming, competing through college at Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama. He has most recently coached athletes to their first 5K, an Ironman, and beyond. In his own athletic endeavors he has taken home numerous podium finishes in local run races and triathlons and can help you do the same!
